EU: Germany €9. The Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and Sweden €13. Other EU countries €17-18. Shipping is free on orders over €100 (not GLS home delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium).

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order. This also applies to sale items. The items must be unused and have the tags on. Christmas gifts can be returned until 31 January.

Fill in the return form, put it in the parcel and send it to: Redefined Fashion ApS, B2C warehouse, Marsvej 7, 7430 Ikast, Denmark. You pay for the return shipping.

We do not offer exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

We refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received and checked your return.

You have a 2-year right to complain. Email info@redefinedfashion.dk with your order number and a photo, and we will help you.
