Processing of Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 2. Placing an order
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment card. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian. If a purchase is made without consent, we disclaim all responsibility.
When placing an order, you must provide your name, address, email, and phone number. This data is stored according to our privacy policy.
You will first receive an order confirmation and then an invoice via email. The invoice constitutes the binding agreement.

3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown including 25% VAT. You will be informed of the total price including shipping before final confirmation.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We accept: MobilePay, Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard.
Payment data is encrypted via QuickPay/Nets. The amount is charged only when the order is shipped.

4. Delivery
We mainly ship with GLS and PostNord. Options:
- Home delivery
- Business address delivery
- Pickup at parcel shop
Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. Expected delivery:
- Denmark: 1–3 working days
- International: 3–5 working days
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
Shipping Costs:
- Denmark: Free (excluding certain delivery options)
- International: Free for purchases over €75, otherwise shown before payment
Notes:
- Norway: Customs clearance is included
- UK, Switzerland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands: We currently do not deliver to these areas

5. Returns
You have a 30-day return right from receipt. Christmas gifts can be returned until January 31.
The item must be returned unused, in original condition, and with the hangtag intact. Usage traces (makeup, perfume, etc.) may reduce the value, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refusing a package is not a valid return. Use the included return form or download here.

Processing of returns may take up to 14 days. Remember your receipt and tracking info.
5.1 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
5.2 Return Costs
The customer pays return shipping. We recommend GLS with tracking.
5.3 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Notify us via email or use the EU standard withdrawal form.

6. Your rights as a customer
You have a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after discovering the issue.

If valid, we cover your return costs. Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.
You are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it. We therefore recommend tracked shipping.
B2B Purchases
These terms apply only to consumers (B2C). For business purchases (B2B), different terms apply—contact us for business sales.

We strive to ensure correct and updated content on the website but reserve the right for errors and sold-out items. Redefined Fashion ApS reserves the right to make changes without notice.
We disclaim liability for loss/damage from using the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not apply to gross negligence, personal injury, or other non-waivable rights.
